Manufacturing

ATS has over 40,000 sq ft of manufacturing, test, R&D and warehouse space in our Fort Myers, Florida location.

We have the capabilities to manufacture limited prototype runs of 1 - 10 or volume production of over 100 units per month per production cell.

All production is performed by highly trained technicians - 7 years is the average length of employment for our production and test staff.

Our Standard Manufacturing includes:

• DC to AC Inverters
• AC to AC Inverters
• 3-Level Inverters
• DC to DC IGBT Choppers
• AC to DC SCR Drives

Engineering

ATS has 12 staff engineers that specialize in high power electronics for propulsion systems.

All design and testing is carried out in our Fort Myers, Fl research lab using state-of-the-art design tools including circuit simulators, emulators and 3D mechanical design environments.

In addition to our staff engineers, ATS has several senior engineers on retainer that specialize in power conversion and motor design

ATS has a long history of working on University, Aerospace and Military research projects our clients include:
The Ohio State University, The University of Texas at Austin, WVU, Georgetown University, The United Space Alliance, NASA, Lockheed-Martin, Locust Engineering and Mainstream Engineering.

• DC PWM Choppers up to 2000kW
• Permanent Magnet DC Inverters up to 500kW (120,000RPM)
• DC to DC up or down choppers to 1000kW
